Right now VOENA is gearing up for our upcoming trip to the LONDON SUMMER OLYMPICS!!!
One of the fundraisers we have going on right now is our Practice-a-thon: we sign up people who want to pledge a certain amount of money per hour we practice, or a set amount. At our half-way point, the leader in practice hours is Hope!! Go Hope!!!
Other members have done all kinds of creative fundraising, including a See's Candy sale, selling homemade cards or CDs, going door to door singing for cash, or singing in a group at a grocery store!
The "fabulous five" (Acacia, Angelica, Ceilidh, Reilly, and Samantha) have spent weeks going all around Benicia, Pleasant Hill, and various other towns raising cash for London. Watch them in action:
